Information Collected And Used By Chrome Cycle

Information You Provide. We collect certain personal information, such as names, email addresses, credit card information, billing addresses, etc., when you voluntarily submit your information to sign up for an account, create your user profile, book your bike, contact our studio, participate in surveys, contests, or events, and posting on our social media accounts. The information you provide is used to fulfill your specific requests, to improve the experience on our Chrome Cycle Website and Chrome Cycle App, and to ensure a successful experience at Chrome Cycle. We may use your email address to send updates, a newsletter, or important updates regarding Chrome Cycle or the services we provide. You may elect not to receive these emails by following opt-out instructions. Chrome Cycle reserves the right to send you important notices about your account or specific classes booked, even if you opt out of all voluntary email notifications.

Information Automatically Collected. Chrome Cycle may also log non-personally-identifiable information including your IP address, profile information, aggregate user data, and browser type, from users of the Site. This data is used to manage the Chrome Cycle Website and Chrome Cycle App, track usage and improve the Chrome Cycle Website and Chrome Cycle App services. Only authorized employees and agents (who have agreed to keep information secure and confidential) will have access to this information. All marketing emails and newsletters from the Chrome Cycle allow you to opt out of further marketing mailings. California Privacy Rights

Pursuant to California Civil Code Section 1798.83 (known as the California Privacy Rights Act), California law permits residents of California to request certain details about how their information is shared with third parties for direct marketing purposes. (Such third parties, for example, may include our external newsletter platforms such as Mailchimp.)
